12 Weeks (1 session per week)

Food can promote good health or discomfort and disease...it's your choice.
Start with 5 minutes of movement daily, then slowly increase to 30 minutes.
Rest is productivity—it heals the body and boosts creativity.
Stop eating when you're 80% full to avoid overeating.
Strive for 85% healthy food, allowing 15% for occasional treats—moderation is key.
Aim to drink half of your body weight in ounces.
Think about why, how, and when you eat, not just what.
Make portions smaller, add extra veggies, and use different ingredients to make healthier versions of classic dishes.
Remember your check-ups and screenings. Understand what they are, and set an alarm—make your health a priority
Your morning routine begins the night before. Remember to unwind and aim for 7-9 hours of sleep to prepare yourself for a more productive morning.
Decide wisely when to say "yes" or "no" by setting boundaries to keep yourself calm and in control.
Inhale deeply for 5 seconds, hold your breath for 5 seconds, then exhale slowly for 7 seconds to promote relaxation and reduce stress.
