Green Goodness Smoothie

  • Ingredients
    • 1 cup of frozen mangos
    • 1 cup of apple juice or coconut water
    • 1 cup of spinach
    • 1 banana (frozen or ripe)
    • ½ cup of frozen pineapples
    • ½ cup of almond milk
  • Instructions
    • Wash spinach
    • Place all ingredients in a blender
    • Blend on high
    • Pour smoothie in a glass container and enjoy
  • Health Benefits
    • Mangoes and pineapples boost immunity with vitamin C.
    • Spinach supports bones and cells with vitamin K and folate.
    • Bananas aid blood pressure and muscle function with potassium.

Watermelon, Pineapple, Mint & Lime Juice

  • Ingredients
    • 1 large seedless watermelon
    • 1 large pineapple, skin removed
    • 1 lime, peeled
    • Mint leaves (do not juice, place 1-2 mint leaves in the glass container)
  • Instructions
    • Wash fruit
    • Cut watermelon and pineapples in chunks
    • Place ingredients in a juicer
    • Add mint leaves to the glass bottles
    • Pour juice in glass bottles
    • Chill, garnish and serve
