Thandi Monee’ was established in 2022 for women ready to shift from existing to living. The company offers strategic consulting, transformational experiences, as well as health and wellness programs designed to elevate women and inspire them to unlock their truth, tell their story and live the life they want, not the life others expect.

The company was named after its founder, Thandi Monee’ Montgomery. Thandi [Ton•dee] is a Zimbabwean name that means the one who is loved and a gift from God. Monee’ [Monae] is a derivative of Monet, which means to be heard in French. This brand embodies the spirit of its founder and invites every woman to see themselves as a gift from God ready to be heard.

After being diagnosed with Stage 1B breast cancer in 2021, she fought and won the battle after 4 surgeries, 16 rounds of chemo, and 30 days of radiation. She gained a greater sense of purpose and clarity about who she was and what she was born to do. She vowed to use her gifts and “second chance” to value life, help women discover who they are at the core, and be intentional about the journey to becoming their true selves.
